                                                   GOOD FOR YOU AND BAD FOR YOU




                                                         GOOD FOR YOU:
                                                        -eat a balanced diet.
                                                        -eat fruit everyday.
                                                        -sleep 8 hours a day
                                                        -drink 8 glasses of water a day
 
                                                      
 
 
                                                        BAD FOR YOU:
                                                       -stay up late.
                                                       -eat junk food.
                                                       -smoke.
