BALANCED DIET

FIRST LOOK AT THIS PICTURE:


So you must eat carbohydrates every day  to get energy for example to do exercise.

You must eat 5 pieces of fruit every day to keep healthy and you must eat quite vegetables too.

You must eat meat or fish at least 2 times a week.

You musn't eat a lot of fat because you can get sick.
